Norris to be investigated by the stewards after Stroll's strange crash
- Cas van de Kleut
A crash by Lance Stroll has delayed the start of the Brazilian Grand Prix. Lando Norris may have done something wrong in the process. The Brit left his starting position while an 'aborted start' was announced. Therefore, polesitter Norris will be investigated by the stewards after the race.
Lance Stroll crashed during the warm-up lap in Brazil. The Canadian lost his car when braking at Turn 4. The Aston Martin driver damaged his front wing, after which he also put his car in the gravel. The start has also been postponed, as teams were allowed to once again tend to their cars.
Norris, the man in pole position, then drove another warm-up lap. This would have happened when it was not allowed. Verstappen already reported this over the on-board radio. Stewards will provide a verdict on the decision after the Grand Prix finishes.
