Norris sends child to bed because of preference for Verstappen
During the livestream, a child was asked who the fastest
F1 driver is.
"Max Verstappen," the young child replied. Norris seemed offended and responded in a joking manner,
"Get him away from that microphone, now!", shouts the
McLaren driver.
"It's bedtime. You're supposed to be in bed now, this is bad parenting," he adds jokingly.
The clip's caption already warns Norris about his language, referring to the new penalty system the
FIA has implemented for 'misbehaviour' by drivers.
"The FIA is very offended by your language Lando," reads the caption.
The new version of the regulations has caused a lot of outrage not only among racing fans, but also reportedly among
F1 drivers and within the FIA itself. President Mohammed Ben Sulayem reportedly pushed the decision through without consultation.
