Verstappen shares tactic of ignoring Drive to Survive clips on social media

In terms of the second episode of Season 7 of Drive to Survive, Max Verstappen was not surprised by how the show portayed him. In Melbourne, the Dutchman expanded on the editing choice he previously commented on in his live stream.
In the episode called 'Frenemies' of the latest season of Drive to Survive, viewers could notice that something felt different in the scenes of the conclusion of the Miami Grand Prix. Lando Norris managed to claim his first ever F1 victory, and it is marked as one of the biggest turning points in the 2024 season after the Dutchman's and Verstappen's dominant display in 2023.
Viewers with eagle eyes could notice in that one of the shots where from the Dutch Grand Prix instead, from the Pirelli cap the drivers get on the podium. "Apparently I was very upset after Miami. I literally had the best time ever Sunday night. So, I don't know what I was upset about," Verstappen first reacted in his live stream with Team Redline.
What did Verstappen think of Drive to Survive
"I'm not surprised. So I didn't watch it. It's just unfortunately, you see these things pop up on X, but you just need to quickly ignore it so it doesn't come up again in your feed," Verstappen joked.
At the press conference, Oscar Piastri and Jack Doohan sat alongside the defending world champion in Melbourne. The two Australians suggested to just block these clips, but Verstappen has a different tactic. "No, not blocked because they see that. If you ignore it, then no one knows," he concluded.
