F1 World drivers' championship standings after Chinese GP

Lando Norris has managed to extend his gap to Max Verstappen in the drivers' standings at the Chinese GP, despite finishing in second place behind his teammate Oscar Piastri.

Lando Norris could extend his gap ahead of the defending world champion by six points at the Shanghai International Circuit. With another podium finish, George Russell did good business, and is only a single point behind the Dutchman.

Oscar Piastri currently stands in fourth position, also a single point behind Russell. Finishing inside the points, Andrea Kimi Antonelli is still ahead of the two Ferrari drivers, Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton.

Esteban Ocon and Oliver Bearman also earned their first points today for Haas F1 this season.

Update: Lewis Hamilton, Charles Leclerc and Pierre Gasly have all been disqualified. Here is how the new standings look, after the Ferrari drivers now get 18 less points in total.
