Red Bull is expected to announce that Liam Lawson will return to Racing Bulls later this week, with Yuki Tsunoda joining Max Verstappen at the parent team for the Japanese Grand Prix.

Proving that F1 is the sport that never sleeps, it was GPBlog revealed on Tuesday that the swap would take place following crisis talks between the team's hierarchy, following Lawson's difficult start to the campaign.

'Nasty turn of events' for Tsunoda?
