- GPblog.com
For the time being, Formula 1 is at a standstill due to the coronavirus, but the start of the season is getting closer and closer. At the beginning of July the agenda can be circled when starting in Austria, but until then you'll find everything the drivers are doing in the Social Stint to prepare for the start of the season.

Daniil Kvyat seems happy to be back in an F1 car after months of sitting on the couch. To share his fun with the team, the Russian spins quite a few donuts on the circuit of Imola.

AlphaTauri starts the test in Imola
AlphaTauri will be present on Wednesday to visit the historic circuit of Imola, to race the AT01 with Daniil Kvyat and Pierre Gasly, but also to make more meters in the 2018 STR13. So it will be a long day ahead, on the circuit which, it is said, still has a chance of returning to the Formula 1 calendar in 2020.

McLaren goes on the track with drivers, but not in an F1 car
Lando Norris and Carlos Sainz are allowed to drive some laps with McLaren at Silverstone today, but the test will not be driven in a Formula 1 car. The old models of McLaren can not be used because a Honda engine was driven at that time and the latest is not allowed to be used according to the regulations. Norris and Sainz get into a Formula 3 car from Carlin, for laps over the soaking wet Silverstone.

Racing Point ready for the start on a foggy Silverstone
Racing Point is ready to go back on the track for the first time today. The team will give Sergio Perez and Lance Stroll the chance to make meters on the track next to the factory, but it might have to wait a while before they really get on the track, because for now the drivers won't even be able to see the next corner.

Kimi Raikkonen is the man of few words, but for a company he can sometimes be worth gold in a commercial. In a new commercial of the Finnish company that converts mechanical locking systems into digital access management, the former Formula 1 world champion shines by saying very little again.

Competitor doesn't recover after Kamphues' gaffe
Rob Kamphues is known as the presenter of the Formula 1 programmes at Ziggo Sport, but the Dutchman himself sometimes gets into a racing car. Kamphues now did this online during a NASCAR race. On pole with a rolling start, 'what can go wrong' Rob van Gameren wonders?

Escape in full sprint along the water's edge
Max Verstappen is still busy preparing for the Formula 1 season. In July the Dutchman hopes to finally be able to race again, so that this kind of sprints and previously shown training images of Verstappen will be a thing of the past.
Norris should apologize to the Leclerc brothers
During the virtual Grand Prix of Monaco Norris had a formidable competitor in Arthur Leclerc. Charles' younger brother kept the Brit behind him for a long time and that forced Norris to boldly catch up. However, this failed, so Norris apologized through Charles for his action. It was not meant to be.
