AlphaTauri starts the AT01 for the first time after a long time

Several teams have started testing in preparation for the start of the season. Tomorrow AlphaTauri will go on the track at Imola, so they too can start the new season prepared. In preparation for that again, they started the car today in the garage, with which they will drive tomorrow.

Different teams travelled to all kinds of circuits to test. Mercedes went on the track two weeks ago in Silverstone, Ferrari today in Mugello and in between Renault has also been active, but in Austria. AlphaTauri is using Imola for testing and tomorrow the AT01 will drive meters again for the first time since the winter test.

As AlphaTauri will be driving the new car, they are limited to 100 kilometres. It is still unclear who will drive the car tomorrow. Both Daniil Kvyat and Pierre Gasly travelled to Faenza earlier this week, where AlphaTauri's factory is located, to determine the new seat shape.
