Max Verstappen was at the top of the timesheet of the first free practice session, but had to settle for a fourteenth place during the second free practice session. However, the Dutchman was frustrated by Romain Grosjean.

Verstappen should be satisfied

Friday is not necessarily a good gauge for the rest of the weekend in Great Britain. The Dutchman was at the top of the timesheet, but also knows that the temperature today was much higher than it will be on Saturday and Sunday. Still, the Dutchman was satisfied with the day afterwards.

"It certainly wasn't a bad day for us. The car works a lot better than the last race and I am very happy with that. Of course there are still a few things we have to work on, but it didn't go wrong in the longrun either. All in all it was very positive today'', says the driver of Red Bull Racing at Verstappen.com.
