After a hectic qualifying session, the Italian Grand Prix will be held today. At 2:10 PM [UK time] Lewis Hamilton will start from pole position alongside Valtteri Bottas. If Verstappen wants to continue his podium streak, he'll have to pass both Carlos Sainz and Sergio Perez who both start in front of the Dutchman. You won't miss any of the action with our live blog below.

Can Verstappen get on the podium?

Mercedes were supreme in qualifying, even with the ban on party mode. Hamilton was just faster than his teammate Valtteri Bottas. Carlos Sainz was 0.8 seconds behind but will line-up on the second row of the grid. The Spaniard equals his best starting place ever in Formula 1.

Red Bull Racing haven't been on the podium in Monza since 2013 and during qualifying, "the Bulls" were left disappointed with P5 for Verstappen and P9 for Alexander Albon.

Ferrari's drama

The Italian Grand Prix is Ferrari's home race, but it seems that the Scuderia will have little to celebrate today. Charles Leclerc starts in P13 and Sebastian Vettel didn't even get out of Q1.
