Red Bull Racing test at Silverstone
Red Bull Racing will announce the new RB16B for the 2021 Formula 1 season on Tuesday. However, the Austrian racing team is also on the Silverstone circuit for a shakedown, and the first photos seems to be leaked. Who is behind the wheel is unclear, although it does not appear to be Max Verstappen's helmet.
Later today, reportedly at 11:00 AM, Red Bull Racing will officially announce the photos of the new car. Adrian Newey and his team had to get to work, as with a simpler diffuser and floor bite, a new way of making the designer's high-rake concept work has to be found.

UPDATE | Perez tests in old RB15, possibly another testlivery of Red Bull
At first it seemed that Red Bull was in action at the Silverstone circuit with the new RB16B, but according to new sources this is not the case. It would be a test drive of Sergio Perez in the old RB15. On Wednesday Red Bull will be in action for a filming day with the new RB16B. The new RB16B might be dressed up in a test livery, according to the merchandise in the Red Bull shop.
