Bottas third Mercedes driver to receive grid penalty in the United States

Valtteri Bottas is once again the victim. Mercedes has once again installed a new engine for the Finn, who will be placed five places back on the grid.
The German racing stable has opted to replace the internal combustion engine (ICE). The change raises question marks, as it brings the counter of the part for Bottas to six. It therefore strongly seems that Mercedes have a serious problem with Bottas' engine.
Problems with Mercedes engines?
He is not the only Mercedes driver to receive a grid penalty for the United States Grand Prix. Sebastian Vettel and George Russell will also receive a new engine and the corresponding grid penalty.
This raises the question if Lewis Hamilton will have to do the same soon. He too is already driving his fourth ICE, but has not yet had any other parts replaced. The fact that so many Mercedes engines seem to be in need of replacement could cause a headache for Max Verstappen's rival.
