Leclerc: 'If Verstappen is allowed to do it, I'll drive like that too'

Charles Leclerc awaits the FIA's verdict on Max Verstappen with anticipation. If Verstappen is not punished for his actions in Brazil, the Monegasque is thinking of driving like the Dutchman.
Leclerc awaits FIA verdict
Leclerc sounds decided between the lines about Verstappen's action on Lewis Hamilton at the Interlagos circuit. The Ferrari driver argues that Verstappen's failure to receive a penalty automatically means the FIA is allowing more than he thought.
Leclerc also had a run-in with Verstappen in 2019, with the Monegasque losing a win to the Dutchman. As a penalty failed to materialise, Leclerc decided to drive more aggressively in the future too.
Leclerc wants boundaries clear
Motorsport.com quotes the driver: "It's the same for every driver. We will always try to drive on the edge of what is allowed. So that's what I'm going to do in case these things are allowed as well."
Leclerc doesn't care what the FIA ultimately decides, but clarity is important: "Whatever is allowed; as a driver I want to have it clear. That's the only thing that concerns me."
