Martin Brundle has shared his concerned that the advertising stickers around the grid could cause some issues for the drivers during today's race in Monaco. Speaking on Sky Sports F1, the commentator shared his opinion on the random issue.

"Several drivers have picked up some of the advertising stickers. Now, a lot of them have been pulled off the wall. But those, like Charles Leclerc, like Lando Norris and others, scooped that up," Brundle said.

'It could play a major role'

The random issue could have consequences for the drivers during today's grand prix, given they have already caused problems for drivers. Brundle added: "I'm just hearing the piece underneath Lando's car was four metres long. And he lost three seconds of downforce, incredibly. So, now they have pulled them off in the key areas on the exit corners, but it's a random issue. But if it happens again in the Grand Prix, it could play a major role."
