On Thursday afternoon, Formula 1 announced more about its plan to fight racism and inequality. The #WeRaceAsOne project also directly distributes an amount of 1 million dollars.

''Today F1 has followed this announcement with more details about the news that a new Task Force is being created with the mandate to increase diversity and inclusion in sport. To help with this goal, a foundation will also be created, with an initial funding of $1 million, to help fund internships and traineeships within Formula 1 for under-represented groups''.
