Free practice one, we saw Pierre Gasly top the charts with Lando Norris right behind him. Norris ended up regaining his top spot during the second practice session, with Oscar Piastri right behind him in second. Charles Leclerc has managed to keep up with the McLarens fairly well, only being around two positions off of them. Max Verstappen was right on the heels of Piastri during the second practice session, but during the first, he landed in 9th.
Yuki Tsunoda had an untimely crash during FP2 which caused a red flag for the session. However, before that, he had managed to keep up with Verstappen.
