Good news for
Formula 1! Fans will be welcome during the legendary
Monaco Grand Prix. The government of the dwarf state has recently announced the conditions,
Monaco-Matin announced.
Limited Access?
Although the entire weekend will be accessible to fans, this is considerably less than usual. The capacity is limited to about 40% of the usual number. This means that 7500 spectators are welcome. The race will be held from May 20th to 23rd.
Where recently the Historic Grand Prix and the E-Prix, also held in Monaco, were only reserved for residents, employees and hotel guests of the city-state, the F1 race will open its doors to everyone, without restrictions.
PCR tests?
Without restrictions does not mean that it still has to be possible to show negative PCR tests, otherwise the entrance will still be denied. This does not apply to residents, employees and students of Monaco. They are allowed to attend without a test certificate.
