Max Verstappen had another supreme weekend at the Belgian GP. With just short of the maximum number of points, the
Red Bull Racing driver is now even further ahead in the championship. He won with a 22-second lead, but is he also the 'GPblog Driver of the Day'? Vote at the bottom of this article.
Who is your Driver of the Day from the Belgium GP?
Verstappen took pole position twice in Belgium and won both races. Sunday's main race was an impressive performance by the Dutchman, who had to start from P6 due to a grid penalty. Despite the somewhat treacherous conditions, Verstappen kept his cool and won by a wide margin. It was a Driver of the Day-worthy performance, but perhaps in your opinion, another driver drove just as well, or even better, on Sunday.
Think of
Yuki Tsunoda, who battled his AlphaTauri with his rivals for almost the entire race and eventually managed to get the final point, or think of
Lando Norris' stunning overtaking manoeuvre outside on
Logan Sargeant. You might also find
Pierre Gasly's stint driving half the race on the soft tyre impressive. In any case, plenty happened on Sunday. Who is your Driver of the Day? You can find the poll below, just above the comments section.
