Ferrari have supplied their customer teams with new power units ahead of the race this weekend. Plenty of speculation has surrounded the Ferrari engine recently as rival teams question the sudden power boost.
The power step-up is reportedly significant. It should boost Haas' chances and hopes of reeling in Renault for fourth place. However, on this track, the power isn't in such a high demand.
This is engine Spec 3 for Sauber and Haas. As Ferrari did with Spec 2, they have given the engines out a race before they use them themselves. After the summer break Ferrari are expected to run with the new engine in Belgium, a track which demands the most power.
