Lewis Hamilton produced a typically dominant display to extend his lead in the drivers’ standings to 24 points by taking victory in today’s Hungarian Grand Prix.
Hamilton led from pole and never looked in danger of being beaten, despite Sebastian Vettel’s alternate strategy.
Hamilton won for the second race in a row to take a strong hold of the championship lead.
He took a very impressive win in Germany from 14th on the grid, but this was a very different type of victory.
Hamilton told Sky Sports after the race: "We came here knowing Ferrari would be really quick this weekend so to come out with these points, we'll definitely take it as a bonus.
"I'm really happy with how strong it’s come the last couple of races. We've got to come strong in the next half."
So, has Hamilton taken an unassailable lead or can Vettel reel him in? Comment below!
