Kevin Magnussen says it didn't feel right to get back in the car last Sunday. After
Romain Grosjean's accident, the Danish driver did not have an easy time of it.
Grosjean's crash made a big impression
Earlier this week Grosjean was able to join his teammate for lunch. According to Magnussen the Frenchman is doing well and is keeping himself very strong. Magnussen says he didn't feel well to get back in the car immediately after Grosjean's accident.
It was a very difficult situation for him, but still he climbed back behind the wheel of his
Haas F1 car.
"It didn't feel good to drive after that crash. I wasn't quite up to date with my thoughts. I felt really terrible during the break and I was nervous, even though I knew he had gotten out," Magnussen explains quoted by
Formule1.nl.
