Red Bull boss Dr. Helmut Marko calls for the long-promised rules so that everyone has equal opportunities, and had some strong words for Mercedes.
"For our remaining in Formula 1, finally, the new rules on the table," Marko said.
"There are only statements without specific data. The rules must be such that it does not come again, so a manufacturer does not dominate.
"We are a little worried, and at the beginning of April we said 'in four weeks we will know what the rules will look like from 2021 onwards.' Then it was called 'end of May' and now we were put off at the end of June.
"So far, we only have statements, it's time for us to get specific data and rules."
Marko also added that Mercedes are not used to dealing with losses.
"Three years ago it was almost impossible to challenge Mercedes," Marko said.
"But you saw last year that their dominance started to show their cracks.
"Ferrari has a big step in winter with their engine, while we now have the best chassis of the grid.
"Mercedes can no longer make the difference with the engine and that hurts them.
"They are used to driving away from the start, this season they need more than that.
"Mercedes are not used to losing races, and that is their biggest weakness this season."
