Nico Hulkenberg has a bit of extra motivation for next weekend's French GP, with it being his team's home race.
After an impressive weekend in Canada, Hulkenberg will travel to France with confidence.
Hulkenberg managed a seventh place finish in Montreal and has been talking about the weekend.
"It was a good weekend for the whole team," the Renault driver said.
"We were able to conquer a total of ten championship points and thus build a good cushion to those below.
"Seventh place is basically the best possible result for us if all six drivers of the top three teams make it to the finish line.
"But that should not distract us from the fact that we still have to grow in many areas in order to close the gap to the top."
The French GP is returning to our screens after a decade without it and Hulkenberg is looking forward to the race.
"I am really looking forward to the race on the Circuit Paul Ricard," Hulkenberg said.
"That was a long wait for Renault had to endure since the last home game - ten years ago.
"That's why I'm starting with an extra dose of motivation, because I know how much it means for the whole team to do well in France."
