Williams' Lance Stroll has admitted that he's shocked about the state his team are in, as the FW41 is one of the worst cars in the field if not the worst.
Williams was once a great team, but are in an awful state right now. Lance Stroll qualified in last in Bahrain, and the car sometimes looks like a lost Formula 3 car, as you can see here.
"I'm shocked," Lance Stroll admitted when talking about the car's performance, or lack of performance.
"We're in reverse."
When asked where the problems are specifically, Stroll didn't know where to start.
"We lose everywhere; the straights and the corners.
"All weaknesses of last year's car have remained, but we haven't translated any of the good qualities.
"We took a new direction over the winter, with a new philosophy, so there's a lot to do and definitely a lot to learn."
Despite the horrendous start, the Canadian does insist that the team can't give up and have to keep fighting to improve.
"It's a long season, we all know that.
"We have to keep improving the car from one race to the next.
"We all still believe in our approach, and because of that we're still positive."
At least it can't get much worse, eh Lance? Only up from here!
