Sunday’s Bahrain Grand Prix is expected to be dry with clear skies throughout.
The race is expected to start with the consistent sunshine before the sunset.
Skies will remain clear with no rain chance of rain. Temperatures are expected to be in the region of 27c cooling to 24c by the chequered flag.
It will be the fourth Bahrain race under floodlights which began as a tenth-anniversary commemoration.
There’s a chance of some light showers Saturday morning, but this shouldn’t affect qualifying for the afternoon/evening.
The hot race is expected to wear tyres down producing a fair bit of degradation.
It’s a bit unknown how the tyres will react, but plenty of thought will be applied to strategy meetings this week with the concept of a cooling track needed to be included.
