You're right. If anything this year Max is getting exposed. Finally red bull have made a car so good, both drivers can push it and Max is getting outdriven by Sergio pretty regularly. Max fans have been moaning about Lewis for years but he's been paired with way better drivers than Daniel, gasly, albon and Sergio and Max was still not much better than Daniel and Sergio. Charles made a mockery of him in Saudi Arabia and so did George a couple of races ago when Max's DRS system stopped working. You can see he doesn't have half of the race craft these two guys have. He's only able to overtake them when his car is 20kph faster on the straights or when Masi changes the rules for him.20-06-2022 21:30

Hahaha Max doesn't even respect his own Stans. They're out there being racist and abusive and here he is saying those people are sad. I follow a few sports but I think F1 fans are the worst. It's too technical for most of these jokers so the only reason they like or hate someone is nationality or how funny they are. I knew he only had 1 arm but I didn't know he was that disabled. Find me any shreds of evidence where Mercedes lobbied the FIA to change that. I know their engineers admitted they would have little sympathy from the sport because they were dominant for so long so it wasn't even worth trying to change the rules. It's the drivers from several teams who complained about it but disabled people just love bashing on a team or driver (usually Mercedes and Lewis). The new directive will probably hurt Mercedes more than red bull and every one knows that except the disadvantaged. Funny how in the previous years people were crying for a spec series so cars are closer together and they wanted to give teams the opportunity to innovate and improve their engine to catch up to have proper racing but this year they want the opposite. We only have red bull at the front with Ferrari a close 2nd and Merc in 3rd but people want to slow them down so red bull are miles ahead and Ferrari and the midfield finish 2min behind every race? This Bret guy is so dense LOL. "Just develop your car" Not all teams are cheaters like red bull and their Flexi wings and Ferrari with their dodgy engines. Other teams are abiding by the cost cap which means they can't create major updates every other week. The higher up in the rankings you finish, the less wind tunnel time you get which means Mercedes have the least time in the wind tunnel. How do they get on top of the problem quickly if they can't develop the car that much? Hello? Anyone home? Try to keep up18-06-2022 15:00

Is that what you don't get? I think there are many things you don't get. It's pretty simple why it's hard to get on top of the issue. It's a major regulation change and some teams are bound to get it more right than others. It's always the case. How do you fix an issue when you have the least amount of wind tunnel time out of all the teams and you can only try set ups in practice every other week and you are limited by a strict budget cap? You can't develop major updates every other week until you find a solution that works.18-06-2022 18:37
