Divergent2 - he didn’t follow race rules in a race that decided the Championship. Just because it turned out the way you wanted doesn’t mean it was the right decision. For that big a mistake he deserved to be fired. It is cut and dry - no grey. He can’t just make up his own rules for entertainment purposes. It was a travesty.05-10-2022 09:31

Anyone bashing Hamilton is a clown. You are haters plain and simple. Verstappen is a deserving champion based on the whole season but the way that race was managed by Masi was plain and simply wrong. Imagine making the comeback in the last number of races, that Hamilton did against as unbelievable opponent as Max, doing everything you needed to do to win the deciding race and have a race manipulated with no precedent or policy in a rulebook. Say it was any driver, not Max or Lewis - just any hypothetical driver. Take your emotion love or hate of certain drivers and most would agree it is bogus and the driver impacted has a right to some time away to reset/deal with it. If they had red-flagged the race and Max had found a way to win nobody would have had a problem with it.16-01-2022 06:20
