Dear Ludo, Please revise your article. The way you present it, it seems like the extra 27k this year equals the distance to the moon and back. It does not. By Far. With the extra 27k the total amount of kms this year was close to 335k, which is - exactly like it says in Pirelli's statement, ALMOST to the moon (which is never closer to Earth than 356k). Like this, the Pirelli tyres will not even make it back to Earth by the end of the '25 season.21-12-2024 12:34

What does Lando (or anyone else) expect him to say? "I'm a bad, bad boy"? We all (should) know he was raised to be a reckless s-hoal and not flinch once whenever it improves his chances of a win in the long run. It helps when the competition is afraid of overtaking you. You might get a penalty today, but the fear of being run off track by someone who appears to not give a shut whether you live or die, remains way longer than a day. Of course Verstappen cares whether Norris lives, but the fear has to be real. That's why he decided to not only cross the line this time, but take a huge dump on it. I support Verstappen. I can't help it, being a Dutchman. Do I like Verstappen as a person? Oh no. Is he one of the greatest of all time? I think so. Doing it his own s-hoal way.28-10-2024 11:30

I'm sure he does. But given the choice: becoming champion by team orders or not becoming champion at all... Me thinks he will choose the former.13-09-2024 09:07

"This may have something to do with the fact that in the FIA's statutes, there is no way to take away or award a championship once the cup has been awarded." Also, were he awarded the cup, he would miss out on his 81 million. Can't have your cake and eat it too. Not a hard choice since there is no joy in being declared winner now, but there is great joy in receiving an obscene amount of money for losing a match fifteen years ago.12-03-2024 17:44

Such a ridiculous plan. It's the same as flying to the States with the family, visiting Disney World, and while you're there refrain from using TP when you take a dump. No impact whatsoever and it'll just be a shhtshow.22-06-2023 15:22

Ok man. It's just... You come across as a fairly intelligent but lonely and angry 22 yo. Trying to inflate his ego by having pointless discussions with random strangers about pointless topics. Ever trying to prove his superior intellectual capabilities to himself, but really just wasting his time. But hey, it just appears that way. Good for you that's not really the case.02-01-2024 07:15

Wow, 44, normally I kind of side with you but this time you are performing the same logical antics you blame others for. And why, for the love of God WHY, spend your best years acting martyr on a stoopid internet fan forum? Get out there, there are people that WILL appreciate you!31-12-2023 12:59

Lewis wasn't in the competition. So if it was Wolff, he chose two others over Verstappen. It would be so like Horner to not vote for Verstappen, anticipating insinuations about Wolff. He and Max would have a laugh about it.31-12-2023 12:40

Mike, don't you think it is a reasonable possibility that Lewis just didn't think of his father when confronted with Horner's claim? Since his father does not represent Lewis? He may well have been confused by it, thinking out loud. He's just a guy. Apart from that, I also think it is very plausible that the conversation that Anthony Hamilton and Horner had, was not a serious one. It may well have been no more than a laugh. Horner likes to stir the pot and he is really, really good at that. Never loses his cool like Toto. I think that was all this is.25-11-2023 06:47
