It's hard to be impressed with team Haas. They haven't been a tight team yet, from race strategy, to how they are managing their drivers. How is Mick supposed to handle the added pressure of his team showing weak public support before the halfway point of his second season - with a still low $ car on a bottom dwelling team? Steiner should know a negative reinforcement management style is NOT the best way to build confidence. Haas just received a new sponsor with MoneyGram so at least they'll have deeper pockets but with existing management skill set, will it make a difference?24-10-2022 23:13
