Mr R Shumacher seems to forget the number of times that Haas had to rebuild the car after Mr M Schumacher after he left the track which is probably more than Williams had to do for Mr Sargent30-08-2024 13:12

I thought the rules for red flags were very imple in that if 75%or more of the race distance had been completed , then the race would be deemed complete and the final positions would be as per the crossing of the finish line on the previous lap. Full point ere to be awarded. If less than 75% completed, half points would be awarded. Instead we have this farce of following a pace car for one lap so that the race distance is completed. So who writes the rules for F1, the FIA or Liberty Media. If the FIA says there will be 12 teams, that should be it as the governing body. If the current teams dont like it they can leave and start their own series but it will not be F1 but a circus which is what LIberty Media is turning F1 into currently14-02-2023 11:29

The McLAren car has had a problem for a number of years that has not been rectified since it girst occured. Sainze also was critical and called it a funny car to drive and good luck withit. Norris has never had anything normal or better and so is unsure of what is reqiored. However McLaren 9 Zak) did not want to listen to Danial and correct the problem in the new car. (It is to o with the FRont suspension and they had a similer problem when Denny Hulme drove for them26-08-2022 15:19

There appears to be an inbuilt flaw in the design that has been there for many models and it stop the cars being good on all circuits. I think it is something in the suspension that causes it amking it different tio drive . Thinking back using the same type of front suspension was also critised by Denny Hulme when he was at McLaren23-08-2022 05:20

Also look at the successful ex FI drivers in Indycars and they could not shine in FI. I have reservations about any of the sprooked Indycars drivers21-08-2022 13:21

I wonder who really wants to drive for McLaren when their cars are so different to drive and are dogs. Driving style needs to change perform in a McLaren due to a design error that has been in vogue at McLaren from Ron Dennis's days and designers seem louth to change. In reality who wants to drive the McLaren as it apparently has some funny vices that are hereditry and have been incoproated into variuous cars for years. Saize asked Ricciardo how he liked the odd car at McLaren and McLaren seem unable to make it suit Ricciado's style of dring although they did last year at Monza. (Norris knows no different as he has only driven McLaren.) Ricciardo would be better taking the money and going back to Alpine where at least the car is normal and can be made to suit him. For their wonderful uselessness I hope McLaren finish last in next years constructers championship08-08-2022 13:14
