It’s shocking how big of a mess RBR became for the last year of these regulations. While others were lost at the beginning and they were literally drove circles around them, this year RBR is in a downward spiral. I know it’s just FP1 and 2, but it is alarming. Hey Horner; are you missing Newey much?04-04-2025 12:24

Also they can start searching for another driver; Max won’t stick around with bad aero department and unknown engine. At least they had a bit of aero advantage until Adrian Newey was around. That’s gone now and the new Ford engine is a huge question mark.28-03-2025 03:06

I know Russel is a whiny little girl, but he’s putting his act together nicely since the last part of the ‘24 season. I don’t think Toto will roll the dice with Max. Kimi is looking really good so far, he’s doing what he suppose to do in his first season; gaining experience, and occasionally flashing his brilliance with some really nice overtakes. Max-Adrian-Honda and unlimited funds even under the budget cap sounds pretty good to me…27-03-2025 12:14

RBR turning into a joke, how low the owners willing to let this go??? I can’t believe I’m saying this, but Horner and Helmut must go, their time is up. Max to Aston Martin is getting more and more realistic.27-03-2025 10:31

And this was a super smooth track, it doesn’t bode well for the rest of the season if they have to run the car this low for peak performance, and still be well behind on pace23-03-2025 12:48

Not sure what’s happening with Lawson, but it seems like his driving an F2 car… With a .4s deficit to Max, he would’ve been finished in the Top10 just behind Antonelli. It’s just pure pressure, or that car is really that hard to drive???22-03-2025 10:40

His first few corners ( almost the whole first sector ) looked terrible compared to Lewis’s. That Ferrari looked super planted in those slower corners. Max was fighting with the car a lot more. Mega performance from both guys, I hope they will keep it clean.21-03-2025 11:26

I think the stewards should start to follow the rule book down to the T and forget to include the mitigating circumstances, doesn’t really matter if the double yellow is waved for a mirror or a whole car on the track, drivers must follow protocol, in this case lift and prepare to stop. Whatever in the rule book as punishment must be applied every time, to avoid situations what we saw all season long this year. ( differnet penalties for similar offences ) And yes, when they decided to punish Max, they should’ve given 3 place penalty instead of the previously unheard 1 place. Keep it black and white, that way the drivers will know what are the consequences of each offence any given race.02-12-2024 02:21

Comedy gold or not, I rather see the standard 3 place grid penalty than this. Did he impede him or not? If yes; 3 place No, no penalty. The inconsistencies in decision making this year just reached a new low…01-12-2024 11:19

Mercedes needs the clean air to keep the tires in their operating window. Stewards just gave Russel the pole position just for that. Should’ve been a “no-no” for the driver and fine for the team as we seen that before this season…01-12-2024 01:49
