Thank you for the compliment. 2005 season, the McLaren MP4-20 was a pretty dominant machine. heck, they could have named it Supermax! And yet McLaren did not win. In 2021, Lewis Hamilton had a spicy rocketship which was also dominant but did not win. So despite your need to conflate these two concepts, they are separate and one does not necessarily mean the other. I reject your notion that the RB19 is a dominant car. It is a good car no doubt, better on some circuits than others, but it is the Max factor that is making you think it is dominant. Of course you already knew that but can't accept it. The concepts have been adequately elucidated, but your denial is yours to work on.26-06-2023 07:58

erm, it has been explained, if you still don’t understand that’s your problem. Nothing i can do to improve your cognitive ability.26-06-2023 11:43

Fake news. doesn’t even make the top 10 list of most dominant f1 cars. why does perez struggle to get into q3 with the best car ever? Bottas certainly didn’t. It’s merely a competitive car. The rest of it is Pure Supermax Power!25-06-2023 01:46

Yes agreed. Safety is paramount in racing no matter the driver which is why I thought Lewis behaved badly on the podium after what he pulled on Max. That should have been a black flag but the guy was allowed to win instead. Hence also why I’m not the least affected by AD2021. There were many bad calls that year, it all sort of worked itself out. The focus is on AD due to it being the last race but the season is longer than one race.24-06-2023 12:09

Silverstone and Hungary are still coming up, who knows what can still happen with the dirty driving merc duo. Russell has already crashed into Max this year and well we all remember Silverstone 2021.24-06-2023 11:18

How many more races does Supermax have to win to seal the championship?23-06-2023 21:39

I miss the Ron Dennis McLaren era. This version looks like some orange backmarker and has been for some time. Mediocre is the right word. But McLaren used to be synonymous with cutting edge and winning. Of course that was when they had Newey.23-06-2023 03:26

To be honest, it is starting to get a little boring from a spectator's perspective. So I hope some other team can raise their game and take the fight to Max. 2021 was exciting because it was a close battle notwithstanding it was Supermax vs. Spicy Rocketship. I mean the way Lewis caught Max on the last lap of the season with old tyres and nearly re-overtook him on the straight is all the evidence you will ever need of how much faster the 2021 Mercedes was. Of course this would have been too little too late from Merc had Max wrapped up the championship early and not lost out due to DNFs beyond his control. But hey, it is what it is and Supermax won anyway.23-06-2023 10:35
