What is wrong with this guy? Daydreaming or, what? When you lack top speed to that extent, you obviously have to push it whenever you get the opportunity. Even if Leclerc would manage to pass Max at that safety car restart, Max would have caught him back eventually. Not gonna work.09-05-2022 11:23

This whole "unsportsmanlike" BS coming here clearly exposes the lack of clarity that F1 is an absolute team game. Some are whining because they are fanboys of the opposite group & some simply don't know the definition of sport. First of all, it has got nothing to do with Perez/Red Bull. Just place holder names. In football, when a team plays too much defensive, some "fans" go mad & howl "that's unfair". That's absolutely fair & if the team has its best strength on that, they must capitalize on that to secure draw/win other than a visible defeat. So it doesn't matter which driver & team is playing the defensive game here. They want the team game to win. Otherwise this french driver has probably no clue why there are 2 drivers in F1 or, 11 players in a football team. There was one guy here in GPBlog who was so vocal around here labelling Max as a thug who was let to race by the FIA & demanded even that he should have been disqualified from the Jeddah GP. Also said Max lacks one very important quality of a champion: Finesse. Where is that idiot? I cannot either blame Lewis for saying "that's some dangerous driving". Bottas has been feeding his ultimate wingmanship for so long that Lewis is almost always in the habit of being let passed by.
