Only one thing is sure. The oversteer direction widens the gap between Max and Checo. It is not sure Max is faster with the oversteery car, than he was with the balanced one at the beginning of the season. It is unquestionable, that he has enormous talent to control and compensate the loose end of the racecars, and this makes difference between him and his teammates. But this does not necessary mean that he is faster with an oversteery car than a balanced one. At the beginning of the season Ferrari had a minimal advantage and now has at least the same (or more) advantage based on the latest races. The only thing that changed after tha oversteery developement, is that Perez is out of the leading pack. Verstappen did not gain any extra pace compared to the Ferraris.07-08-2022 18:30
