Daniel Ricciardo set the fastest time on day 2 of the second test at the Circuit de Catalunya.
The Australian managed a 1:18:047, an unofficial lap record for the track.
The Mercedes pair of Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas were second and third respectively, with Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel in fourth.
Daniel Ricciardo also completed the most laps of any driver, managing 165 in his Red Bull.
Others to make it over the 100 lap mark were Leclerc, Ocon, Hulkenberg and Hartley.
Hartley showed no problems with his Honda engine that plagued McLaren last year, with their test going from bad to worse after yesterday's problems with Stoffel Vandoorne.
Fernando Alonso was in the car today, and although the Spaniard managed 57 laps, an oil leak in his Renault engine consigned him and his car to the garage for 6 hours, in which rivals gained vital knowledge and track time.
Ricciardo's time is an impressive one, although it was set on the new hypersoft tyre, the softest compound ever used in Formula 1.
The Mercedes duo set their best times on the ultra-soft whereas Vettel was on the soft, so we still do not have an accurate understanding of how the cars match up to each other on exactly the same tyres.
Tomorrow we hope to see more running from the top teams and look to see if McLaren can avoid any mechanical problems on the penultimate day of testing before the first race in Australia later this month
