Max Verstappen' s victory secured the constructors' championship for Red Bull Racing. No other team has its car in order as well as the Austrian racing stable, and so they are already unbeatable six races before the end of the season. Verstappen talks after the race about whether this constructors' title feels different from last year's.
You would almost not believe it, but if number two Mercedes had twice as many points as they have now, it would still have to sit behind Red Bull in the standings. It is the picture that has been seen all year: Red Bull wins almost every race by sheer force. An outing in Singapore showed that the Austrian team is also vulnerable, but otherwise no team has come close during the 2023 season.
Verstappen therefore sees this constructors' title differently from last year's: "Yeah, its better for sure. The car has been more dominant this year , apart from Singapore, but in all the other races, weve had a really, really good car and its just an incredible season for everyone involved within the team. Im just very proud to be a part of it, but also very proud to be working with all these amazing people here at the track, but especially the people back at the factory. Verstappen was further asked about the team's strongest point when it comes to the current season: "I think everyone knows their role very well, and being, of course, good at what they do. Just communication and people working together to get a result like this."
