With qualifying for the Belgian Grand Prix, we have qualification number fourteen behind us and that means we only have eight to go in the remainder of the 2022 season. It means that we can identify the first winners among some teams when we look at the qualifying duels.

At McLaren, Lando Norris has lifted the standings to 12-2 and that means he's impossible to overtake this year. The same goes for Alexander Albon at Williams. There too, the score is 12-2 in favour of the British Thai. Sergio Perez and Mick Schumacher can at best still tie the score for their teams, but that is not to be expected.

At Mercedes, the tension is uncommon because, while Russell took the lead in Hungary, Hamilton made it 7-7 at Spa-Francorchamps. Esteban Ocon once again beat Fernando Alonso and is now only 8-6 behind. See below for the standings of all the qualifying duels.
