Qualifying duels after Austria | Albon only driver still unbeaten

Sergio Perez had the speed in it a lot better than in Spain and Canada, but due to track limits he again failed to make Q2 and was beaten in the mutual qualifying duel with Max Verstappen. It brings the standings to an embarrassing 7-1. For now, Alexander Albon is the only driver to have dealt with his teammate in qualifying every GP.

Alexander Albon, who handsomely starts tenth on Sunday, has taken a 9-0 lead over Logan Sargeant. Lando Norris is doing best next. He beat rookie Oscar Piastri eight times already. Fernando Alonso and Nico Hülkenberg were seven the nine times faster than their teammate. It is also notable that Lewis Hamilton has now passed George Russell.
