The Grand Prix weekend in Belgium is back underway and the second free practice session is perhaps going to be one of the most interesting Friday sessions of the season. Here we'll see if Max Verstappen and Red Bull Racing can truly stake their claim to victory again or if Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes will stay ahead. Belgium kicks off the second part of the Formula 1 season. The first half of 2021 was very exciting, with Lewis Hamilton and Verstappen fighting for the title. That battle will continue in the second half of the season, so it is once again a matter of seeing who is the strongest at which circuit.
Who will take the world title?
Belgium is an interesting race weekend in that respect, as Mercedes have always been the strongest here over the years with their supreme engine. This year, however, Red Bull has proven to be fast on the straights as well with their Honda engine. Spa-Francorchamps will show how good the engine really is.
During the second free practice session, the teams normally start with qualifying runs and then finish with race runs. Who will have the best pace on Friday?
