Wolff finds switched Mercedes staff normal: 'We are the only ones there'

In the transition from Honda to Red Bull Powertrains, Red Bull Racing has recruited people all over the place. Some of them come from Mercedes, but team boss Toto Wolff says that's "normal" when setting up your own engine factory.
Helmut Marko stated that the number of personnel who have come from Mercedes to Red Bull is 'not insignificant' and that this may have caused some problems for the rival team. Christian Horner was a little more aloof about this.
Wolff not shocked by departed Mercedes staff
According to Marko, some fifty former Mercedes employees are involved, but Wolff states that there are only fifteen. The truth probably lies somewhere in the middle. Speaking to Sky Sports, the Mercedes boss says he is not shocked by the departed staff.
"I think it’s pretty obvious [that] if you want to set up an engine factory in the UK, there is only one and that’s us. We have 900 or so employees there and if you’re fishing out 15 of these or so, it’s really normal," Wolff said.
