Verstappen shouldn't give up just yet: 'Red Bull has the best car'

Max Verstappen has no reason to travel to the circuit unmotivated. Indeed, despite two dropouts in three races, Sebastian Vettel thinks that Red Bull Racing has the best car and Max is therefore still capable of becoming champion.
Opportunity for Verstappen
Verstappen is already facing a 46-point gap after three races. The Dutchman crashed out twice in the first three races and therefore saw Charles Leclerc already running far away. In Saudi Arabia, however, Verstappen won the race and at his dropouts he was driving in second place. According to Vettel, Verstappen therefore has little to worry about.
''In Max's situation you have no reason not to be motivated. He is in a great team and I think Red Bull has the best car. Rightnow they just don't have the best package yet,'' Vettel said according to De Telegraaf. The German believes that Verstappen should just live from race to race and will still have plenty of opportunities in his career.
Dream with Ferrari
Vettel sees two old loves of his fighting for the title in 2022. With Red Bull Racing, Vettel won his four world titles and broke through in F1, where with Ferrari he tried to realize the dream of becoming world champion with Ferrari. In 2017 and 2018, he seemed to come close, but fell just short of Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes.
''I hope they can enjoy the success now longer than they did then. I am very happy for Ferrari. I still have a lot of contact with the people there and I know how tremendously hard they work and how committed they are'', concludes the Aston Martin driver who himself with his AMR22 will probably not even come close to the points.
