Spectacular new grandstand for COTA
The new grandstand will be located on the inside of the circuit, just past the 'S-Bends' of turns three to five, and will offer a direct view of the cars just before they turn uphill towards turns six to eight. The central location of the new grandstand ensures easy access to all activities during the race weekend, including food, entertainment and merchandise.
"After years of ambition, this incredible location, something we’ve always hoped to add, is finally a reality," said COTA President Bobby Epstein on the official website of Circuit of the Americas. He calls the new grandstand one of several new improvements designed to make the fan experience even better. "This grandstand allows us to open an entirely new part of the campus to programming and enhanced offerings," Epstein said.
