Tsunoda starts from pits: Verstappen moves to P14 on the grid

Yuki Tsunoda will start the Belgian Grand Prix with several new engine parts. This means that the Japanese will start the race at Spa-Francorchamps from the pit lane on Sunday.
Tsunoda starts from the pits
Tsunoda is the next driver to change several parts of his car. The Japanese driver was initially scheduled to start the race from P13, but due to the installation of a new V6 turbo, ICE, MGU-H, MGU-K and exhaust, he has to start the race from the pit lane. Tsunoda is the eighth driver to receive grid penalties in Belgium.
This is good news for Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc who are preparing to catch up from the back. Both drivers moved up a place and will now start from 14th and 15th position on Sunday.
Time for ANOTHER power unit penalty, this time for Tsunoda.

PU has been changed without approval from FIA technical delegate, so that will be a pit lane start for him.
