Verstappen will team up with EA Sports
"Max is always driven and incredibly competitive. He is a true champion with a deep-rooted love for games and sport," Andrea Hopelain, SVP of Brand for EA Sports & Racing, said in a press release. "It is fantastic to work with one of the best athletes in the world, who has already made history in Formula 1 at a young age. We look forward to bringing even more fans worldwide together through our EA Sports titles."
Verstappen also sees the partnership as a great fit. "From moments when I play games with my friends to competitive situations off track, EA Sports has always been a part of my life. Therefore, this collaboration feels very natural and I am proud to represent EA Sports, which has millions of fans, during the 2023 season," said the two-time world champion.
