F1 LIVE | FP1: Canadian Grand Prix
The Canadian Grand Prix is a big favourite with a lot of fans, at least. The atmosphere is always good, and there is usually plenty of excitement and action on the track. Whether it will be the same this season will undoubtedly become clear today. During the first practice session, the balance of power may already become clear. Max Verstappen, Sergio Perez and their Red Bull team are the big favourites for victory on Sunday, and we may already see in the first hour whether that expectation will come true.
After a double podium finish, Mercedes will be looking for confirmation in Montreal that this is definitely the way to go with the development path. Aston Martin, especially after a disappointing weekend in Spain, want to show that they can return to the podium on Sunday. In short, during the first practice session, there is plenty to look forward to.
