After it was announced that Williams, at the same time as Stake F1 Team, will unveil their car on 5 February, it is now also clear where the FW46 will be on public display for the first time.

With the Americanisation of Formula 1, many US sponsors are entering the market. For instance, both Red Bull and its sister team, AlphaTauri, held their car presentations in the United States last year. Williams are owned by investment firm Dorilton Capital. Dorilton has offices in New York and elsewhere. New York is, therefore, where the team will unveil the car.

Williams make strides

Williams enters 2024 with the same drivers as last season. Alexander Albon and Logan Sargeant will do their best to build on the seventh place they managed in the constructors' championship. CTO of Williams, Pat Fry, says the team has enough momentum to make strides next year: "I think it is a team that’s moving forward, to be honest. There’s no point hiding behind the fact we’ve got a mountain of work to do, and things to develop. But I think people will see that there’s a commitment there, and they’ll say that commitment has to start right from the very top, which we have. And people will see us moving forward," Fry told GPblog and others.
