George Russell's girlfriend, Carmen Montero Mundt, has shared snaps of the two together in Kitzbühel watching the Alpine Ski World Cup. They spent the weekend with Mercedes boss Toto Wolff. The event in Austria took place during the weekend, and the Mercedes driver joined the list of F1 personalities on the ski slopes during the winter break.
Mercedes team outing
F1 drivers like adventure and seemingly want to escape the hot weather they experience most of the year. Previously, Max Verstappen had a holiday with Kelly Piquet and her daughter. Charles Leclerc has also been on the snow during the winter break. Whether Russell did any skiing remains doubtful as he watched the top athletes compete in the 2023–24 FIS Alpine Ski World Cup.
After recently signing a new Mercedes contract, Toto Wolff joined Russell at the venue in Austria to make it a Mercedes outing. The Austrian team boss was joined by his wife, Susie Wolff, who are both seemingly good friends with Carmen Montero Mundt. Sebastian Vettel and Russell also bumped into each other on the mountain.
