Horner responds to rumours of power struggle with Marko at Red Bull Racing

Christian Horner responded to the accusations he has received in recent weeks during the presentation of the RB20. The Brit is alleged to have shown inappropriate behaviour towards a Red Bull Racing employee. There were also rumours of friction between Horner and Max and Jos Verstappen.
It has been suggested that the Verstappen family supports Helmut Marko more than Red Bull's team boss. There is said to be an internal power struggle going on at Red Bull, where both Horner and Marko want to grab power at the team, in which case Max and Jos would, therefore, be behind the top adviser. However, Horner told Sky Sports that there is no friction between him and the Verstappen family: "No not at all. I was with Jos and Max at Silverstone a couple of days ago. Max is very focused on his job. He's been very supportive and I'm looking forward to the season ahead with him."

Horner also responded to the rumours surrounding the friction between him and Marko. The Red Bull team boss said: "There's always going to be speculation but we're together as one team, that's the way we've always been and that's the way we continue to be." In addition, the Briton also responded to the accusations he has received. On this, he says that if he was not confident that he was innocent, he would not have been at the unveiling of the RB20. The timeline of rest of the investigation is also uncertain.
