A potential wet race for teams on Sunday
The points will be distributed during the race on Sunday. Once again, there is a chance of showers, but that keeps coming down as Sunday approaches. On Friday, the chance of rain is estimated at 70 per cent, but on Saturday, the chance of rain was at 40% as the lights go out. According to Weather.com, there is also a 40% chance of rain during the race. The formation lap is predicted to get underway in 15 degrees, and the conditions are described to be 'scattered thunderstorm'.
