Netflix has revealed new details about the new six-part series about Ayrton Senna, including the launch date. Earlier, the first images of the series could be seen in the official trailer.
Netflix reveals launch date Senna series
The series about Senna's life and career will premiere in Brazil on 29 November. The story focuses on the ups and downs in the life of the motorsport legend, who tragically lost his life in a heavy crash at the 1994 San Marino Grand Prix at Imola.
Gabriel Leone took on the role of the three-time world champion, while his arch-rival Alain Prost is played by Matt Mella. Other prominent characters include McLaren team boss Ron Dennis (Patrick Kennedy) and Senna's girlfriend Xuxa Meneghel (Pamela Tome). Many familiar faces such as Niki Lauda, Nelson Piquet, James Hunt and Williams team boss Frank Williams will also feature in the series.
