Ferrari unveiled a special carbon-inspired team kit ahead of the Italian Grand Prix. Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc will be seen at Monza in black team clothing and overalls, but whether a black livery was forthcoming was unknown. Meanwhile, the Italian Formula One team has revealed the car's 'special' look for their home race.

Ferrari arrives with 'carbon' F1 livery at Monza

The reason Ferrari have not announced a special livery may be to do with the fact that not that much has changed to the car. Only the numbers of drivers Leclerc and Sainz have changed appearance. So it is mainly the team outfit that will look different during the Scuderia's home race.

"To mark the occasion, instead of the usual white background with a yellow border, the numbers 16 and 55 on the SF-24s will replicate the look of carbon with its woven texture and natural reflections. In addition, the drivers’ race suits, helmets, shoes and glasses will also reflect the carbon fibre theme," Ferrari said in a statement.
